Adaptation and follow-up
The overall goals of the agreement are to prevent and reduce sickness absence, strengthen presence in the workplace and improve the working environment – as well as to prevent people from being excluded or dropping out of employment. Sickness absence is followed up in accordance with the Inclusive Workplace Agreement.
We draw up individual follow-up plans, carry out follow-up interviews, work actively on adaptation, make active use of the occupational health service and cooperate with NAV’s IW Support Centre. We are making active endeavours to adapt tasks for employees who need such adaptation. In cases where adaptation is not enough, reassignment or transfer to other duties is considered.
We cooperate with NAV on training and work experience positions. The goal is to offer five people internships every year, and we managed to achieve this goal in 2010.
